CS 319 — AI Loop Engineering

From Programmer to Agent's Foreman

A hands-on course on orchestrating AI agents: loops, councils, specs, verifiers, graphs — and the shift from writing every line to deciding every hour. Textbook is the free bilingual web book From Programmer to Agent's Foreman / Dari Programmer ke Mandor AI.

Grading

  • Weekly assignments A1–A9 — 45%
  • Capstone case study (M10) — 35%
  • In-class activities — 20%

AI policy (meta, on purpose)

Use agents for any assignment. You are graded on the landed outcome and the honesty of your audit — never on "did you type it yourself." Prompting is the old skill; this course teaches the ones above it.

Case study thread

Every meeting advances Studio Kirana — an 8-person Jakarta software house building CekFaktur, an e-invoicing SaaS. Meeting 10 audits their 12-week transformation.
